indian cuisine

When we look into indian cuisine its authentic, rich in flavour, and so on.... firstly its divided into north and south indian cuisine .... where north indian cuisine uses wheat in making their rotis phulkas .... pulses are used in making curries .... flavoured yoghurt is used in preparing dessert .... in south indian rice flour is used to make idly dosa ..... coconut and mint are mainly used in making chutneys (sauces) and when it comes to dessert vermicelli and milk is mainly used ... in preparation it takes experience and lot of patience to cook indian cuisine because a lot of ingredients are used .... and cooking techniques differ from any other cuisine ..
well this is a small introduction about indian cuisine.......
